Product 107 is comprised of specially formulated high temperature silicone rubber extruded onto premium electrical grade braided fiberglass sleeving. The extrusion process results in a higher density coating that is more homogeneous, has better concentricity and yields longer continuous lengths than the typical liquid dipped products common to the industry. Product 107 exhibits extreme toughness, chemical and dielectric resistance at temperatures ranging from -70ºC to 200ºC and is rated for continuous use at 200ºC. This product offers excellent resistance to moisture, ozone, radiation, and most chemicals and is suitable for use in under-the-hood automotive applications.
