Product 106-FEP

106 FEP tubing is non-aging, nontoxic and non-allergenic. It maintains its stiffness, has excellent strength and is crack-resistant. FEP tubing has the best abrasion resistance of the fluoropolymer tubings. It is chemically inert and heat resistant. It is bendable even at -454°F. In addition to its low co-efficient of friction, FEP Tubing offers excellent performance at both low and high temperatures, along with outstanding resistance to most chemicals.

Product 108-PTFE

PTFE Tubing is the most flexible fluoropolymer available and is chemically inert to virtually all industrial chemicals and solvents. PTFE tubing resists corrosive liquids and gases, and has the broadest temperature range of all fluoropolymer products, -75°C to 260°C. The tubing has a smooth non-stick surface with low permeability as well as excellent electrical properties. Perfect for applications in extreme electrical, thermal and chemical environments.

PFA Tubing

PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) is a highly lubricous fluoropolymer, positioning it as an ideal material for analytical and chemical transfer applciations. PFA has a unique combination of characteristics that allow it to be manufactured in long continuous lengths for air sampling technologies. These qualities allow PFA tubing to support instrumentation and won’t degrade when exposed to caustic chemicals.  PFA is excellent for wire harness insulation due to its dielectric strength.  It is also very lubricious, providing dry lubrication solutions for a variety of applications. The resin can stand up to wide temperature variances with a working temperature range of up to 500ºF (260ºC). PFA is chemically resistant for critical fluid transfer, possesses UV resistance and can be produced in a variety of shapes and customized options.
